The Things Kids Say

It is so fun to have kids grow up and talk more and more. They say the funniest things sometimes. Today, Jacob was pretending to eat her and she said, "Daddy, you can't eat me. I'm NOT food!!!" She said it so matter-of-factly that it made us both laugh.

Earlier today she was watching a my little pony movie in which the ponies have dancing shoes but can't find them. In the movie, one of the ponies tries to dance without them and can't. The movie came with a pony and shoes and she could not find one of the shoes. She looked at me and said, "Oh no, she will never dance again." I reassured her that we would find the shoe so she would be able to dance.

Lately, she has really liked to change her dolls clothes. She came to me and explained that her doll needed a new dress so "we need to go to target and buy one." Target is the solution for everything...so if you ever need anything, apparently Target will have it.

She is just too cute for words!!!
