Kenzli is my happy, happy child. She loves to follow Sariah around and copy everything that she does. One example...Sariah had a time-out in the time-out corner and Kenzli thought it looked like fun. So as soon as Sariah was done in time-out, Kenzli put herself in time-out and thought it was the funniest thing ever.
Poor Kenzli had her first throwing up experience and she was sick for a couple days. The only nice thing about sick babies is how snuggling they are. We spent LOTS of time together and luckily no one else in the family caught the bug.
She LOVES food. She also likes to feel like a big girl and be able to carry her snack around in a little cup like sister. She would snack ALL DAY long if we let her...except then she doesn't get her meals so well.
She is our little Linus!!! She LOVES to carry her blanket around with her everywhere she goes. Unfortunately for her, she is not allowed to take it in stores with us for fear of losing it.
She has recently started wearing sunglasses...she is such a cutie!!! Don't you agree?!
She had her first ride on a carousel at Peter Piper Pizza just like Sariah. She loved it but we were a little afraid she would try to get off so we walked in circles with her...can you say dizzy!
NURSERY!!! She is not a big fan but is fine if I am in there with her. She does like to play and I think she would do better if we had a different church time. 1-4 makes it a little hard! She is pretty tired. I am a nursery worker so I got to take pictures of her in nursery...enjoying singing time and snack time...and I took one at home after church as well.
Kenzli is like Sariah in so many ways. She also LOVES to wear bracelets...she puts them on, takes them off and then puts them all back on again.
Kenzli LOVES babies...I am hoping that she continues to play with dolls because Sariah grew out of that pretty quickly.
She is also a monkey. She climbs onto the chairs and even onto my scrapbook table like Sariah did. But she hasn't figured out how to get down, so she is stuck once she is up.
We call her our sour patch kid. If she gets in trouble, she has the biggest sad/mad face but then she smiles at you like it is funny. We tried outr hardest to capture the face on camera...this is the best we could get.
She has started to feed herself...which I am not good at letting her do when it is something messy but I try. One of her favorite things is easy mac...she has to have it for dinner though so she can go straight to the tub when she is done.
Now we are just waiting for her to figure out talking. She understands everything and will shake her head to give us a yes or no answer. She will repeat some words like mom (ma), dad (da), Riah (iah), amen (men), yes (sss)...but she doesn't ever just say it on her own. Hopefully soon!!!
